Samsung SGH-D700 / SGH-D710

When announced, the SGH-D700 was billed as a tri-band GPRS phone with a rotating colour touchscreen, digital camera (like the Nokia 7650), camcorder, an MMC memory expansion slot, and a built-in RealOne player. Screen dimensions 208×320. Physical dimensions: 89 x 49 x 23mm, weight 110g. Availability: Last official announcement from Samsung listed the launch date as between Jul/Sept 2003. We next heard word of a Samsung SGH-D710, due in 2004. Now we hear of the next in the range (hopefully to see a wider world than Samsung’s test labs)… the Samsung SGH-D720
