Nokia's 3650 smartphone is powered by Symbian OS v6.1, and is a combined mobile phone, digital camera and organiser. It uses the same operating system as the Nokia 7650, but comes with an MMC slot to overcome the 7650's limited built-in memory.

Comment: I bought the 3650 a few days ago and have a Bluetooth connector. I'm looking for a video recorder that will record sound and for longer than 10 seconds, if this is possible, i tried to download camcorder pro (below) and it wont let me open the message as it says there is not enough memory, is this because i have 8 games and about 30 pictures on there?? Or because my phone is broken?? There is plenty of memory available on the memory card i have used about 5 of the 16 available. Also would be interested in an mp3 player if anyone knows where i can get one for free. Also any applications such as cool world clocks and stuff like that for free would be nice. Any information on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

Comment: I would like to play regular song clips instead of ringtones( I mean voices, chorus, everything) but the closest I came was recording directly in front of the stereo speaker. Not so great. The sound files have an AMR extension, is there a converter mp3 to AMR? Any ideas? Any other way to do it?
Other than that it is just a great phone, specially since I got 2 for $30 each with activation on T-Mobile .... hehehhe

Comment: I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now. Found an MP3 player, but it's mono, also upgraded the video software to support sound, and downloaded a video recorder that enables more than 10 secs of videos :). I do have a prob running PC suite, it says no phone connected all the time :S Bluetooth constantly says errors communicating from PC, but comms between other phones is fine. All in all best phone I've had yet :)

Comment: Did you know that u can move your menu ikons , in an order that you use best. Click on ikon and then go to move and click on the ikon you want move it to - Its easy !!!!!!!!!

Comment: Dave - you can change the Nokia 3650 wallpaper by going to Menu, Tools, Settings, Phone, Standby, select Background and click Yes - this gives you the option to use any picture stored on the camera, including ones you've taken on it.

Comment: if u want to get free games for the 7650 & 3650 use kazaa desktop media, with this u can download full games like moto gp full. i have yet to get my 3650 so i don't know if it works. also u can download a mp3 player for both phones, and a gameboy emulator at www.wildpalm.co.uk.

1. The 3650 does not have an MP3 player
2. The 3650 has the following features over and above the 7650: Built-in video capture, an MMC slot for external memory, and it is tri-band, suitable for use in the US

Comment: I recently purchased one of these from Hong Kong (English version) and I must say that it's pretty cool, though I'm having difficulty figuring a few features out. The rotary-style keypad is annoying but I suppose I'll adjust. This phone has ALL the features you can think of, so many that you'll have to spend a day learning everything. It's fairly intuitive and I love the resolution and colours of this display. It's not 65,000 colours, but...you probably won't notice. For the price, this has to be one of the best buys around.

Comment: I bought the 3650 a few days ago and have a Bluetooth connector. I'm looking for a video recorder that will record sound and for longer than 10 seconds, if this is possible, i tried to download camcorder pro (below) and it wont let me open the message as it says there is not enough memory, is this because i have 8 games and about 30 pictures on there?? Or because my phone is broken?? There is plenty of memory available on the memory card i have used about 5 of the 16 available. Also would be interested in an mp3 player if anyone knows where i can get one for free. Also any applications such as cool world clocks and stuff like that for free would be nice. Any information on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

Comment: I would like to play regular song clips instead of ringtones( I mean voices, chorus, everything) but the closest I came was recording directly in front of the stereo speaker. Not so great. The sound files have an AMR extension, is there a converter mp3 to AMR? Any ideas? Any other way to do it?
Other than that it is just a great phone, specially since I got 2 for $30 each with activation on T-Mobile .... hehehhe

Comment: I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now. Found an MP3 player, but it's mono, also upgraded the video software to support sound, and downloaded a video recorder that enables more than 10 secs of videos :). I do have a prob running PC suite, it says no phone connected all the time :S Bluetooth constantly says errors communicating from PC, but comms between other phones is fine. All in all best phone I've had yet :)

Comment: I recently purchased one of these from Hong Kong (English version) and I must say that it's pretty cool, though I'm having difficulty figuring a few features out. The rotary-style keypad is annoying but I suppose I'll adjust. This phone has ALL the features you can think of, so many that you'll have to spend a day learning everything. It's fairly intuitive and I love the resolution and colours of this display. It's not 65,000 colours, but...you probably won't notice. For the price, this has to be one of the best buys around.
