We often receive mail from our visitors asking for our advice on which low-cost broadband providers we’d recommend. Frequently, the name Plusnet comes up when we’re researching low-cost broadband services, and UK Internet providers that offer UK call centres.
At the monent, Plusnet is offering broadband of up to 20Mbps from just £6.49 a month. They claim not to be beaten on broadband-only price.
As a part of our review, we uncovered two nice bonuses – there’s a no-monthly contract option, and although there are usage caps (as with other providers), with Plusnet, downloads overnight don’t count towards your monthly allowance, which is nice. All the, plus good old Broadband support from Yorkshire.
